We propose a simplified approach to Design Thinking, using visual tools that will allow any Designer or team member to increase the success chances of their opportunities.
Enterprise Design Thinking begins with a set of principles that get to the heart of these questions. These principles provide the foundation for delivering solutions that meet or exceed your users’ expectations. To be successful, they must speak to your team’s heart as well as its head.
You explored how ethics is a designer’s tool to help control the technologies they use and guide innovation. Ultimately, just because we can do something as designers doesn't mean we should.

The graduates will receive 15 credits CPD Certificate of Attendance in design thinking
In your business, you have lots of opportunities to leverage to grow. Leverage enables you to create a more significant outcome with the individual inputs. You can take advantage of a strength (within or external to your business) and use it to gain an advantage.
Many of you leverage things in your business daily without perhaps appreciating you do this. You leverage the expertise and skills of others from different organizations when you work in partnership. You leverage your time by delegating tasks to others and by batch-cooking meals for more than one day. Award ceremonies rely on businesses submitting applications knowing that you can leverage these achievements to win your next contract. You can leverage your connections when they make introductions to others in their network to expand your reach and impact.
Many opportunities can be leveraged to grow your business and it is often helpful to have someone inside your own business to bring in fresh eyes and connections to make this happen. From your board members to the other opportunity spotters in your network, generous people will assist you in this form of leverage.
The course focuses on design thinking to leverage the opportunities for your organization. We use the Double Diamond Methodology, Lean Canvas.
