Training in Nigeria

Schultz Knowledge provided from 23rd to 25th of June 2016 a strategic retreat on capacity building for the craft industry in the built environment in Nigeria.

The project involved the Lagos State Government, SALTA Infrastructure & Construction Company Limited, and Knewrow Resources and the goal was to develop a performance management implementation program that will facilitate the process of strategy formulation and re-calibration through the use of Key Performance Indicators for the RE-Training of the craftsmen in the state.
